Take a glimpse into healthy habits by completing this challenge. Each day focuses on a different aspect of your health by challenging you to perform a simple action. The actions are accumulative; to complete the challenge add the new action into your routine and don't forget to complete the previous ones.  All 7 should take around 30mins to complete, at the end of the challenge these actions will have you feeling great.
