Healthy Habits Online Coaching
This course is designed to guide you through creating your own healthy habits. It provides the missing link from having a healthy idea to implementing healthy actions and then turning them into consistent habits.

With this approach, you will be able to own your health and grow into your best you. The benefit of habits is you don't have to think too much about it in the long run. Meaning the new changes you make will likely stick. These subtle changes you make in your life will enrich you for years to come.

We will look at all aspects of the biopsychosocial model of health which includes: nutrition, fitness, stress, personal, environment and social health and wellbeing.

This course 100% online, designed to be self-paced. It will typically take 1-2hrs per week over 6 weeks to complete. And is fully downloadable for a refresh of ideas and guidance when needed.
